JOMS Products started long before motherhood.

I’ve always been intentional about my health, inspired by my dad, a naturopath and scientist who believed in the power of herbal remedies to support the body naturally. That influence led me to begin exploring natural wellness solutions and creating JOMS.

After having two children, my body changed in ways I wasn’t prepared for. I gained weight, struggled to feel like myself again, and realized that what once worked for me no longer did. That period forced me to go back to the foundation of why I started JOMS in the first place.

I leaned deeper into natural, research-backed herbal support and focused on creating products that help with weight management in a realistic, sustainable way. Not extremes. Not quick fixes. Just consistent support for real bodies and real lives.

JOMS is deeply personal. It reflects my journey, my heritage, and my belief that wellness should work with the body, not against it.
